Booking
Thank you for considering me for your photography needs. To secure your appointment, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Deposits can be made using Cash, Cash App, Zelle, or Apple Pay.
Please note that appointments made without a deposit may not be honored and could be subject to cancellation. We kindly ask that the deposit be paid within 24 hours of setting the appointment to confirm your booking. Failure to do so may result in the appointment being canceled.
Your payment of the deposit indicates your agreement to all policies. Additionally, for collaborations or creative endeavors booked without monetary compensation, I retain all rights to the photos taken, allowing for their use as deemed appropriate.

Payment
We kindly request that all sessions be paid in full prior to the shoot date or immediately after the session concludes. Payment can be made via Zelle or Apple Pay. Please note that we do not accept checks.
Additionally, please be aware that there will be an additional $20 surcharge for sessions where the client arrives beyond 15 minutes late. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but please note that session end times will not be extended to accommodate client lateness.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Should you have any questions or require further clarification, please feel free to reach out. We appreciate the opportunity to work with you.

Cancellation
All deposits will act as a cancellation fee if you are unable to make your scheduled session. We require a minimum of 72 hours advance notice of cancellation to credit the deposit towards a future session or provide a half refund. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the session, the half deposit rule is cleared, and there will be no refund. However, clients can reschedule for free within three months, subject to availability.
In cases where I cannot fulfill the contract due to unforeseen circumstances such as fire, casualty, act of God, illness, or emergency, the retainer fee will be returned to the client, and I will have no further liability with respect to the contract. This policy also applies if photographic materials are damaged or lost without fault on the part of the Photographer.
In the event of any other failure on the part of the photographer, the liability will not exceed the total amount paid by the client.
